Manuscript should be submitted along with a covering letter and three or four potential referees (optional). 

*Covering letter should include
  (Applicable to article submitted after 22nd April 2014)

  1. Declaration that the submitted work has not been published, not accepted or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Declaration that the author will return the proof of the manuscript (if accepted) within 72 hours failing which the author will not blame the editorial team nor the production team for the delay of publication.
  3. Declaration that the author will pay the publication charges if the manuscript got accepted for publication.
  4. Declaration that the manuscript is accordance to the INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS of the journal and the name of the journals in the reference section are not in abbreviated form.
  5. Declaration that the author will not withdraw the manuscript after acceptance and if intend to do so, will be barred from submitting any manuscript in future.
